Airport Arrival Form For Returning International Students
Returning International Students must adhere the following guidelines when requesting airport pickup:
- All requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival day.
- Contact the International Office at 214-333-5427 at least 24 hours before departure to confirm the continued need for van service. If student fails to confirm, the reservation will be canceled and no transportation will be provided.
- Students are expected to stay at the baggage claim area and wait for the DBU Driver.
- If any final flight details are changed due to missed / canceled / delayed flights, the student will contact the International Office immediately at 214-333-5427 or intltransportation@dbu.edu.
- International Transportation can only be provided during the following hours of service:
Hours of Service
Monday - Saturday: 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.
Sunday: Closed
DBU International Transportation operates 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. If you need to be at the airport earlier/later than that you will need to find alternate transportation.
Christmas Hours: DBU International Transportation does not run December 23, 5:00 PM - December 26, 8:00 AM.
New Year’s Hours: DBU International Transportation does not run December 31 5:00 PM - January 2, 8:00 AM.
