The Oxford Institute allows doctoral students in Dallas Baptist University's Gary Cook School of Leadership a unique opportunity to explore the concepts of global leadership on a global stage. DBU offers two doctoral degrees, the Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
