About the Sadler Global Missions Center

More students than ever before are coming to DBU to learn how the Lord can use them to build His Kingdom. The Sadler Global Missions Center will strengthen our ability to take the gospel around the world. Our students will be equipped with the knowledge and experience they will need as they learn to become servants to many people through a number of vocational callings

The building will be approximately 20,000 square feet in size and include spacious gathering areas for student fellowship and a large multi-purpose room that will seat 250 individuals theater-style or accommodate up to 150 people for banquets. The facility will also include a number of classrooms, faculty and staff offices, the Global Missions Office Suite, the Master of Arts in Global Leadership Office Suite, the International Admissions Office Suite, the Baptist Student Ministry, a food pantry, and a clothes closet.

DBU trustee and benefactor, Mrs. Jeannette Sadler, experienced a dream where she had the opportunity to love the children of the world. Her dream served as a catalyst for our vision to build a center that will touch countless lives through missions and carry us ambitiously forward in building a great university that is pleasing to God. Mrs. Sadler has graciously committed the lead gift of $2 million to build the Global Missions Center in memory of her late husband, Cletys Sadler. This is a response to the spiritual burden she feels the Lord laid on her heart and a step toward the fulfillment of her dream. We need your help in raising the remaining funds to build the Global Missions Center. How might the Lord be prompting you to respond?

Whether through prayer or financial commitment, we need your support. Learn how you can help.
